Hilary Clinton has announced that she will run in the 2008 presidential election. Sometimes I wonder what the Democrats are smoking, a woman has as much chance (especially this one) of becoming president as much as a black man named Barack Hussein Obama does. Here is Old Knudsen's no brainer prediction for 2008.

Her husband says she's crap but she lets you do as you want, I don't think shes that interested anymore.
I don't like her position on the war, or her general rightward drift since she's been a senator. That and the fact that she is one of the most hated people by the Republicans will make her a tough sell.
That said, she's very smart, and she's a fighter. I wouldn't underestimate her.
According to last weeks Weekly World News, Bigfoot is her running mate. Great for publicity but she might want to think it through again.

I think a woman AND a black man named Barak Obama have a good chance of winning, but I'm not sure this woman is the right choice. She has been made into such a villain by some on the right that she's got a lot to prove. Sassy, I think she has become a moderate without going too far to the right, which is what people will vote for--a moderate who can pull from both sides and work across the party lines.
I have heard mention of the two running together, but I think Obama has a better chance without Clinton. Just my humble opinion.
