Bieber's Music Makes Even Him Sick

Justin Bieber was performing in Arizona when while singing his song "Out of Town Girl," he turned his back on the crowd hunched over, puked then ran off the stage.

He later returned to the stage and said  "It's hard for me, you know, having to sing this shit and throwing up in front of a bunch of people. Will you love me even though I'm throwing up on stage?"

The crowd responded positively so Bieber mopped up his barf and threw it at his adoring fans. Bieber was later admitted to the hospital where 2 pints of semen was found in his stomach.
