Missouri GOP councilwoman Sharon Barnes shared her intellectual opinion on rape with the world.
The eloquent Ms Barnes defended Todd Akin's remarks on legitimate rape and how very few
rapes resulted in pregnancy by saying "at that point, if God has
chosen to bless this person with a life, you don’t kill it."
"That’s more what I believe he was trying to state," she said. “He just phrased it badly.”
Unlike you, you stupid hoor who phrased it well and have totally yet again stated the views of the GOP on the issue of rape which is 'put up with it you whiny bitches.'
Every year in the US at least 32,000 rapes end in pregnancy.
So a woman is put through the horrifying act of rape, several times over with maybe more than one man and possibly with her life in danger afterwards.
So after feeling dirty and blaming herself thanks to people like Sharon Barnes she finds she is pregnant. A baby she did not want and does not know who the father is other than hes a rapist or maybe she does know him and its her uncle or the guy is in prison right now.
She has to completely change her life for this baby she is growing to hate as a symbol of what she endured.
Then she has to go through the pain and danger of childbirth which could compare to getting raped again as she is doing something against her will.
Chances are she won't keep the baby as the ones that do many of them see a child of a rapist in their child's eyes rather than love..... even without getting pregnant, rape is something many weemen never come to terms with. They cope with it and call themselves 'survivors' but they never come to be at peace.
She'll put it up for adoption and the child will end up who knows where and with who? Its never like the movies when the child ends up with a young loving professional couple with a huge nursery, nope its more like Oliver Twist.
Yet another stupid moron using religion to make decisions. I think that those who come out with shit like this need to get raped so they can understand the issue, yes Ms Barnes, Mr Akin and Mr Ryan all need a good brutalizing so they can walk a mile in the shoes of a rape victim. That is the only way that these moral high grounders will learn...... if they are capable of such a thing, it seems that many Christians are not which is why they need church leaders and handbooks to think for them.
