Free Pussy Riot!

Pussy Riot is a Russian feminist punk rock group. They will never be famous for their music as it is quite shite but rather for holding an anti-Putin anti-religion protest in a Russian Orthodox Church and getting arrested for it.

The protest was for the re-election of Vladimir. They accuse the Russian Orthodox Church leader of believing in Putin rather than God and supporting him. Chanting  "the Lord's shit" crossing themselves and doing that lame chainsaw/lawnmower dance in which they are pulling the cord of a gas powered work tool ...... even though they didn't prime their invisible chainsaw/lawnmower first.

Well the church and the authorities didn't like that as can be shown in video they made of the event.

There are several members of Pussy Riot but 3 of them L-R Yekaterina Samutsevich,  Maria Alyokhina, and Nadezhda Tolokonnikova are taking the fall.

Nadezhda Tolokonnikova is the hot one.

The court sentenced them to serve 2 years in prison for hooliganism motivated by religious hatred, saying they had "crudely undermined social order".

There has been much outcry at the harshness of the sentencing and it kinda highlights what Pussy Riot is against.
Tolokonnikova (the hot one) said:

"Our imprisonment serves as a clear and unambiguous sign that freedom is being taken away from the entire country."

Yes it does but I'm sure they expected the slap doon as Putin is not a man to be fucked with and I bet he took this personally ..... weemen showing him up indeed.

Russia is the kind of place that when there is a hostage situation they won't negotiate they'll go in guns blazing and if any of the hostages survive its a win, if no one survives hey the got the bad guys its a win.
You won't get justice in Russia just like you won't get it in China or North Korea. These gurls are very brave, stupid but very brave, two of them have young children. I hope it is worth it.

Putin don't be a cunt, give them a slap on the wrist and release them, yer church and government is way too uptight anyway.
