Terrence Crutcher was a big black man .... aye the stuff that whitey's nightmares are made of.  He had a rap sheet of concealing a weapon and resisting arrest for which he got a 6 month suspended sentence and some traffic violations too. Those crimes were 11 years old though and not serious enough for jail time. 

Traffic violations is a big earner for police departments so this is fucken serious. The 40 year-old's car stalled in the middle of the road and a cop car pulled up to see what was up.

The big black man walked towards the police because hey, he hadn't done anything wrong and maybe they could help him get home right? They shouted to see his hands so he raised them. They said they continued to talk to him but he refused to listen and walked towards his SUV. 

Officer Betty Shelby responded to the call. Her husband, another police officer was in the helicopter watching events unfold on the ground. She probably thought this big black man was going to rape her. Gun, taser, gun, taser which one to use? Officer Shelby often lay awake at night thinking of BBC so this was probably her worst nightmare.

For some reason Crutcher walked to his SUV then to the driver's door. The police said he reached into the vehicle though his body movement doesn't show any reaching. If anything it looks like he reached to open the door. His body didn't arch to reach through the open window, only his arm moved .... he was big remember.

The cops in the chopper were giving newscaster like commentary saying how Crutcher isn't listening to commands and maybe on something. One says "time for taser I think" and the other says that's what he thinks is going to happen and how he looks like a "bad dude" too.

Yes it did look like he was walking away and here is what I think is happening. Crutcher has it in his head that he hasn't done anything wrong, he broke down for fucks sake, he's shown he's unarmed and he's 40. In his mind he's a father, son and a good guy enrolled in college. He probably didn't think that a cop would shoot him, that shit happens to other people so he's intent on explaining himself.

You get yer own dialogue in yer head and follow it because that is what you know.

The cops pull over, it's a large black dude in the middle of the road. Is he armed, are there others, is this a police ambush? On this road with the light fading they are on high alert rather than assume he has just broken down and needs help.

Old Knudsen has served in urban settings with a loaded weapon during a time of stress and terrorist ambushes, he never went about crapping himself and shooting people. I understand the fear and the mind set that police would have, though US cops seem very afraid.

That's what happens when you become too reliant on guns. The rest of the world thinks a knife or broken bottle is a fine weapon but Americans freak out when they merely think about being gun-less. That's why they can never win a war without help.

Second guessing American police seems to be a thing these days. In a world of cameras the old shit is hard to get away with. Mistakes now get questioned. How many Rodney Kings was there before Rodney King?

There is more outrage at some ball player not standing for the national anthem than there is for an unarmed man getting shoot dead for no reason other than cop fear.

Look at the last picture. That was how far from the car they were. Four police officers. The bald one fired the taser hitting Crutcher and then Shelby shoot him instantly after being tasered. With guns pointed they walked backwards as if Crutcher was still a threat. No one checked if he was alive or not. 

The cop on the far side had his hand on his hips or resting on his pouches and gun all throughout this stop. He obviously didn't feel threatened. He only pulled his gun at the end to cover their retreat from the dying man who later died in hospital.

Yeah lets make sure we follow procedure when we back away, wouldn't want to get into trouble.

Shelby probably reacted in panic set off by her taser officer. This panic and mindset cost an innocent man his life. 

Recently a 74 year-old volunteer reserve sheriff deputy for the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office was found guilty of killing another unarmed black guy by shooting him in the back. He claimed to have used his pistol by mistake as he thought it was his stun gun. He was heard on tape saying, "Oh! I shot him! I'm sorry!"

Not to sound like Trump but something has to be done. Trump is firmly on the side of the police no matter who they kill. He has said that if black lives matter so much then go back to Africa ..... then he probably went on about how black people love him. 

Police departments need more funding, better and more training, higher standards of hiring and more accountability. None of that them and us mindset that armed forces often have in regards to soft no skin in the game civvies.

Old Knudsen doesn't blindly support anyone, he'll support them to a point as long as they behave with integrity. Not all cops are killers and panic stricken jump scare shooters. Not all Muslims are terrorists, not all Catholic Priests are pedos and not all big black men are bad dudes.  

Any Justice For Daniel Shaver?

It's easy to second guess and say what is right or wrong if you weren't there, then there are times when the evidence tells and shows you quite plainly what the fuck happened. 

In Arizona in January 2016 an unarmed white guy was shot to death by police. I just mentioned he was white because going by the media you'd think that only black guys get shot. The US is hung up on the color of unarmed people getting shot rather than the fact that cops are doing it quite a bit.

At a La Quinta Inn hotel in Mesa Arizona, police got a report of a man pointing a rifle out of his hotel window. 

Daniel Shaver aged 26 had a job of shooting birds that got trapped in Wal-Mart stores. He traveled for his work and had two BB rifles with him that he was showing to a couple of other guests in his room. They had been drinking and I guess it went with him telling them about his job and them saying, 'hey can I see your guns?' The call to police was from someone outside that saw them in the room. 

Philip Brailsford is a 25 year-old who gave up wanting to be an actor to join the police. He's married, has a son and plays in a band and likes motorcycles, football and target practice. He was with the police for 2 and a half years. His father was a lieutenant in the police Internal Affairs dept and a US army vet in Afghanistan and got a bronze star.     

The Mesa police union support the younger Brailsford and his actions that led to the death of Daniel Shaver.  

About 6 officers went through the hotel to confront Shaver at his room # 502. The released body cam footage shows before and after the shooting but not the shooting. Shaver's wife has been told not to talk about the case but is insisting upon justice as she believes that Brailsford will not be treated as everyone else is because he was a cop.  

Other cases with average people get a large bail amount and prison straight away because the cases are so serious. The judge says you can't compare cases as they are all different then said because he was a cop he was doing his official duty .... so yeah, treated differently.

You're fucked points to the mentality of the person that owned the rifle.

Brailsford was fired after the shooting, one reason was that he had 'you're fucked' inscribed on his AR-15, his own weapon he was allowed to use. These words are against police policy but only offensive after you shoot someone. 

   

Shaver was instructed to crawl towards the police on his hands and knees, his last words were him begging the police not to shoot him. Brailsford saw Shaver reaching back and thinking he might have been drawing a gun he shot him 5 times in the back. 

As you can see from the picture it would have been very difficult to keep and conceal a heavy pistol with what he was wearing and that Shaver was reaching back to pull up his pants. 

Shaver had been drinking so he probably just did it out of instinct. When your pants are falling down you pull them up right?

The judge not posting bail indicates her husband's life meant nothing says his wife Laney. 

Brailsford is shocked that he was charged with 2nd degree murder as he thinks he did nothing wrong ..... 5 times in the back.  He has never been taken into custody.

Brailsford was released without a bail being set as he did not appear to be a flight risk or a risk to the public, except for Shaver that is. He is not allowed any firearms, to talk to the victim's family or return to the scene of the crime hotel.

Of course he's going to be treated differently, cops should be considering what they have to do but when they fuck up like this or abuse their authority then the full weight of the law should come down on them. Examples are made with people who break the law so why not cops?

A well lit hotel hallway with a frightened bloke crawling on the floor as ordered wearing elasticated shorts and 5 other cops as back up standing over him is not the same as a dodgy bloke in a darkened alleyway. In the body cam footage Brailsford asks a fellow officer how many clips he has. When the officer answers 3 Brailsford asks for one for his back pocket.

None of the other officers felt the need to shoot. 

A standard magazine carries 20 ish rounds so maybe the 20 in his rifle, whatever others he had and 45 rounds he had for his Glock handgun wasn't enough. Instead of one guy with a rifle pointing out of a window there might have been at least 18 potential criminals he could shoot into 5 times each. Maybe it was an ISIS convention, Shaver did have a beard. 

Bearing in mind it was a police call, not a crime scene until the cops got there. No one should be above the law but we all know there are plenty that are. 
 

Blacks With Guns

The way Americans talk about the Second Amendment you'd think it was the most important thing written in stone that thumps basic human rights. The reason it's in the constitution is in case the public need to overthrow the government again. You may recall that America resented paying tax to the king so they rebelled (with the help of the French) and then were able to tax themselves and add tax onto much more stuff including moonshine which the poor hillbillies who fought against the British did not appreciate. 


A well armed militia was actually what kept the slaves from uprising long before the revolutionary war and was actually more important than over throwing the government. The uprisings of 1712 and 1739 really put the frighteners on whitey. 

Millions of citizens are preparing themselves in case they need to overthrow the government. Using the 2nd amendment not to have a well armed militia with muskets but to have semi-automatic assault rifles and tactical shotguns. The slogan 'because we can' is the motto of the National Rifle Association who aim to have countless guns everywhere, unlocked (free) and preferably at child level or sitting in purses and drawers.

What could make the America public over throw the government?  

Lyndon B Johnston  had president Kennedy and Martin Luther King Jr killed and escalated Vietnam, no rebellion then.

George Herbert Bush fucked up the Gulf war, left a tyrant in place and betrayed those who joined to fight Saddam setting the stage for American hatred around the globe, fucking over brown people, not enough for rebellion.    

President Clinton may have been great for the economy but he lied under oath ... not enough for rebellion, Nixon lied, they all lie but not all get caught out. Now Clinton's wife (another liar) is running for preez next year.

George Walker Bush rigged the election and invaded two cuntries that did not pose a threat to the US. He used 9/11 to take away civil liberties and introduce advanced methods of domestic surveillance on the population. 6,840 U.S. service members died during Operation Iraqi Freedom which totally failed, they died for nothing. He bombed Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan and Somalia .... still not enough for rebellion. If you liked those 8 years then vote Jeb in 2016 for more Bush fuck ups because America is not hated enough.

Barack Hussein Obama II increased the US government's ability to spy on the American people 10 fold, increased drone attacks from Bush's 4 cuntries to 7 cuntires, he bombed and is still bombing Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Somalia, Yemen, Libya and Syria, he may have also bombed the Philippines in 2006 and 2012. He has aided puppet governments to gain power and even though he bombs predominantly Muslim cuntries he still gets accused of being a Muslim .... still not enough for a rebellion though. 

What the fuck will it take? Maybe it isn't about the 2nd amendment and that is just an excuse ... like how people use religion to be dicks.

A black president who didn't live up to the hype and to this day America is divided by race and obviously the social dynamics that go along with that. The honest poor down on their luck white person has turned into a lazy black criminal underclass of poor people probably on drugs ... poor white people? No such thing, I'm not listening la la la. 

There is a race problem in the US which has been ignored for so long because it would be racist to talk about it. The civil rights movement got equal rights but lost momentum when MLK was killed.  There was no one to shame the US and those left played the race card in a pale imitation of a civil rights movement. The U.S. and the world lost big time when JFK and MLK were murdered.

White man's guilt of owning slaves makes people say 'person of color' and gets them to leave out a slave owning ancestor from a family history show as it is too uncomfortable to face. Just mentioning white privilege makes a liberal flinch and apologize for being Caucasian.  You can call a white person cracker or whitey but you can't call a black person nigger or thug. 

You shouldn't need to use racial or sexist slurs to insult or to make a point when the words stupid, idiot, fucker, cocksucking cum guzzler are available and apply to anyone. Only point out racial and sexist traits during satire or to keep the ethnics and the weemen in their place.

Now to inform you what yer gun courage is really about. I doubt many gun owning Yanks love firearms the way you'd love a car or a finely made sandwich, Old Knudsen loves them, he may not always know the name of them but he does know the sound they make when they kill someone.   

Even the movies don't want to arm black people.

The only thing worse than the thought of background checks for white people gun owners or having the guns they own somehow restricted in use or number is the thought of black people with guns. 

For some reason white people are sorely afraid of ethnic people. Is it that they fear being treated the way they have treated non-whites throughout history? Luckily Obama is half white and is white friendly/non threatening. More examples of white friendly/non threatening black men would be Will Smith, Denzil Washington and Morgan Freeman .... The Rock is big and mean looking but he's part of the system too.
 

 Protesting social injustice in Baltimore. 

The riots in Baltimore which were sparked off when a black guy died in police custody were bad enough but it's lucky they didn't have guns. In 1985 the Philadelphia police dropped 2 bombs on a building to get to a group of African-American activists called MOVE who were disrupting the neighborhood with a loud speaker. The police had also fired 10,000 rounds of ammo into the house, and MOVE did fire back.

Two bombs were dropped and the fire department and the police stood by as the block burned killing five children, six adults and leaving 200 people without homes. They said it wasn't safe to help with the fire and shot at people trying to leave. The ironic thing is that Philadelphia (City of Brotherly Love) had its first black mayor then. 

They want yer white weemen and prescription medications.

Imagine the panic if several black folks had guns in public, the white people would shit a brick. A white man can walk around exercising his 2nd amendment rights and a cop might calmly talk to him but a black person will have SWAT called on him.

Sure it's radial profiling as it is naturally assumed that black people come from poor neighborhoods and so must be more likely to be criminals. It's racial profiling in overdrive and every black person gets judged which is not cool. 

If a black parent gives his kid 'the talk' it isn't about sex, it's about how to act when stopped by a cop. 

Bill de Blasio the white mayor of New York got into trouble when he mentioned having the talk with his black son, New York has an aggressive Stop and Frisk Policy. Of course the NYPD do have it out for de Blasio and will use anything to get to him so they accused him of stirring up racial tensions ... not that the stop and frisk policy does that of course.  

A black guy getting arrested for no reason then ending up dead is a valid excuse to have 'the talk' with your young and if you take that as insulting then yer a twat, it's the real world, this shit happens. Driving while black isn't some term made up for a comedy movie it's a real thing.

Movie makers in the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and the high ups in the police and government tend to share the same skin colour that rhymes with shite.

You can't compare each arrest as the officer and circumstances may be different but white people do tend to get more lee way and softer treatment when getting arrested. 

A cop was commended when he didn't use lethal force on a white guy who had killed and was charging him, of course the criminal's father was a cop but I'm sure that had nothing to do with it. If the guy was black and not related to the P.D. would he be alive?  

 Would black bikers detained by police be sitting with their hands free and texting? 

I've seen enough and know enough of how it works. 

Any Police department may cite the numbers of ethnic officers as an answer to calls of racism but a black cop is foremost a police officer and a black person second ... especially in the eyes of the public. Some idiot blacks will harass them as traitors, they just can't win.

White America doesn't want guns in case they need to overthrow the government, they need them to protect them from black people. It isn't to do with freedom, it's to do with fear. 

 

How To Not Get Shot By The Police

Police mimes never call a warning before they shoot.

I see a lot of and videos about people who have surrendered or are compiling getting shot or tasered by the American police.
A woman wielding a knife was tasered at Belfast's Mater hospital recently, turns out she was a surgeon doing an operation and was not an ISIS terrorist as she lead people to believe by her skin colour. 

I am here to help you avoid this ... if you are black then Bill Maher says yer a lazy criminal anyways so don't bother reading, hey blacks are 8 times more likely to commit a homicide than whites. Maher is all about the facts and statistics huh.

When a police officer tells you to stop, show ID or get out of the vehicle you don't run, reach quickly for yer ID and you don't argue about yer rights and how you don't have to get out of the car or show ID .... only argue if you are white, know yer rights and are recording things.

There are signs a cop will shoot, taser or pistol whip you, not all at the same time hopefully, these signs are: If their head or ears are pulled back, if their eyes are rolled that you can see the whites, yawning, flicking tongue or intense stare are also warning signs.

Police training programs of the 80's and 90's used to consist of watching the Lethal Weapon and Die Hard movies repeatedly, this was of course changed when Training Day and The Shield came out.

 Hookers avoid arrest in England by being sexually suggestive, nope, don't see anything here. 

How to react to a police officer: You must resist the impulse to scream and run away .... Old Knudsen gets this urge if a peeler even briefly makes eye contact or if he hears beeping as he walks out of a shop. 8/10 times he hears beeping as those security tags are on everything these days.

Remain motionless, hands at your sides, and avoid eye contact, a lowered cocked head will show yer submissive.

Police are getting younger and meaner by the day. Hours on simulation training (GTA 5) gives them the edge. 




If you fall or are knocked to the ground, curl into a ball with your hands over your ears and remain motionless. Try not to scream or roll around as police really get annoyed if they have to work at beating you.

If you do run do it in a serpentine fashion as years of donuts and pain killers have probably slowed their reaction time, also police cannot see fast moving targets ... unless it's a car and yer doing 2 MPH over the limit or something, they always see that.

On cold days police cannot see most movement until their body temps have risen so unless you rob an IHOP (where the cops will be) you'll be safe.

They also see in black and white ... take that how you will.

This should keep you safe from any misunderstandings, police officers are just human, doing a difficult job.
Don't take any tasering or bullet holes personally they are probably only reacting to their own childhood trauma of not getting hugged enough or the nurse they married has Ebola, you are just a convenient target so don't feel bad.
