The Next American Rebellion

After the shooting in Vegas the various riled up keyboard warriors looking for justice condemned all that was shooty and screamed TERRORIST! The 2nd Amendment supporters also turned up cos hey they didn't know any of the dead so who cares? 

The right for US citizens to bear arms in a well trained militia so that there will never be a tyrannical government in control, it gives people the option to rebel and kill the lot of them. It's one of those checks and balances that doesn't really work.

After a couple of hundred years we're more civilized and shit indoors and stuff. The musket and cannon are no longer the weapons used. We've got nukes, drones, ICBM's and semi/fully automatic rifles. Killing each other has never been easier or more convenient.

 
My valid and always correct point is that civvies don't need military grade weapons because there is no way they could defeat a modern day military. Could yer civilian semi-automatic AR-15 save you from a drone or a tank? A civilian militia of fat farm fed mommy's boys would be fucken useless. Um yeah I've never been in a fight and don't exercise but I could take on the Navy SEALs any day.

The person who was talking to me said that many in the military would defy orders and side with the people refusing to open fire. Sometimes US police look more like soldiers and it's probably them you really have to worry about.

If it got to the point of soldiers opening fire on civilians you can bet that the civilians would be demonized by then. Look at Black Lives Matter and Antifa, they are this close to being named as terrorist groups by the government.

Things don't go down like bam! you have soldiers or police facing against civilians, it happens gradually.  

The Boston massacre happened during increasing tensions. British soldiers firing into civilians. They did a lot of that in the 1700's with the Irish and the Scottish but that was ethnic cleansing rather than just keeping the peace. Redcoats were good at following orders.

The Kent State shootings that killed 4 students protesting the Vietnam war in 1970 or in Northern Ireland The Ballymurphy Massacre of 1971 that killed 11 or the Bloody Sunday shootings in 1972 killing 14. 

Such modern day outrage that this couldn't happen is childlike and stupid. Of course it could happen again open your eyes. Soldiers don't grow a backbone and an independent personality like in the movies, it's bro peer pressure at its best .... we were just following orders dude.   

Trials of soldiers charged with murder from shooting people with baton rounds (plastic bullets) in the 70's is still going on in Northern Ireland. They make up stories like the 14 year-old boy was about to throw something so I shot him in the head ... like modern day Israel I suppose. 

Catalonia wanted a referendum for independence. Spain didn't them to vote. The government declared the vote illegal and the police went in with batons and plastic bullets to stop people from voting ... not to stop rioting but to stop voting. 

  
Catalan firefighters tried to protect people by forming a chain but police just beat them too. It didn't take much to make the police behave like this, just a few orders. 

You can be armed if you want but how is having deadly shooting sprees in schools, cinema's, clubs and concerts every other month keeping you free? Seems to me that this great US experiment is only killing people and the NRA and gun makers are the ones getting rich and staying alive. 

Guns haven't made the US any safer, unarmed people get killed by cops & whack jobs every day. 

Guns have made the US even more frightened, owning them or the fear that someone else owns one. Even with guns modern day Americans couldn't rise up.

Gun Loving Strikes Again

Old Knudsen was just thinking that the US was due for another shooting spree just like how Callyfornia is due a big earthquake.

Vegas of all places. Not your typical place for it, not since Jerad Miller in 2014 anyways. It happened at a cuntry music concert. I wonder if the attack was inspired by the Ariana Grande concert bombing in Manchester or the Pulse or the Bataclan. Music snobs huh.

I am actually surprised more gun attacks don't happen in the US, they are in love with guns so much so they have the right to own them rather than the right to clean drinking water or healthcare.

Without all the facts about the killer and their motive the people on social media have started speculating and denouncing.

You have the people that don't know the difference between semi and fully automatic saying how they shouldn't be sold. Just be on the safe side and say military spec weapons. If the military would use them then civilians don't need to be buying them.

Many rifles in the military can be just semi ... a bullet is fired every time you pull the trigger. Some can be semi and fully auto. The full setting being you empty your mag just holding the trigger down. There are some rifles that also give you 3 round bursts but they are for poofs. 

You don't need a mil spec weapon for self defense. A semi automatic handgun or rifle. How many times in your life have you said 'oh if I had a handgun then I wouldn't have died?' 

If you carry a semi-auto rifle like an AR-15 then please make sure you also carry about 100 rounds since yer going into battle an all. Make sure you have a fully packed Bergen with a 24 hr ration kit too since you may be called upon to overthrow a tyrannical government at any time as per the 2nd Amendment ... all on your own cos everyone thinks yer a creepy gun nut.

For self defense get a revolver, you aren't likely to shoot yourself by mistake with a revolver. A shotgun a lever or bolt action rifle will keep you safe from zombies too. Self defense is about avoiding taking action, the click of a revolver or shotgun works fine for that.

Or you can be British and have a set of balls. Because it's difficult to get guns here our whole bodies are weapons, we could fuck you up with a potato peeler. 

Having an NRA friendly president like Turnip has been bad for gun sales. Obama was gonna take your guns for fucks sake, everyone said so.

Now with decreasing sales the gun lobbyists are pushing for silencers to be legal. Anything to make a buck. Here is their argument. Gun owners deserve the right to have their hearing protected.

For decades gun owners have used a pair of ear defenders or those sponge ear protectors you shove in yer ear. No one yapped about suppressors or the need for them.

We live in an era in which people play the victim or turn total pussy in order to get their way. Flags and statues, it's destroying our heritage, gay marriage is against my beliefs, suppressors it's our ears ... fucken first world problems, these people need to be hit by a hurricane so then they'll know the value of what really matters.

Selling fully automatic rifles (assault rifles to Libtards) is legal in the US.  Well it costs a lot of money and you have to get special permits, too much for an average person. 

They get sold a semi-automatic version of a military weapon. If you look up Youtube you can see how to convert it to full which is illegal. So is shooting people by the way.

The shooting in Vegas has some video of it. You can heard the gun. It is very difficult to shoot moving targets but when 1000 people are just standing there they'll panic and push into each other. It would be hard to not get a high body count. In this case like many others the shooter was not taken down by someone with a gun before they did their damage. 

The suspect in the Vegas shooting has been named as 64 year-old Stephen Paddock so don't be expecting Trump to condemn him too much, unless he voted for Hillary or something.  

If his weapon had a suppressor he probably could have loaded a few more times before people knew what was going on. A suppressor doesn't make the shots silent but it makes them less sharp and less gunshot like.

50 dead at the time of this writing, it is just another spree shooting in the US. The government and many of the people don't care enough to stop it. The right for some arsehole to own a gun is more important than the right for your child to be safe and alive.

Fort Lauderdale Shooter

Esteban Santiago got on a one way plane ride from Alaska to Fort Lauderdale Florida. His only luggage was his Walther 9-millimeter pistol and some ammo.

He went into the restroom of the airport, loaded his weapon, walked out and started shooting the first people he saw. He emptied his first mag and reloaded firing about 15 shoots in total that killed 5 people and injured 6 others.
He then dropped his gun and lay spread eagle on the ground.

You have TSA grabbing women by the pussy in the name of preventing terrorism but no fucken armed guards? Attacks won't happen from international flights anymore they'll happen from home grown crazies or people that have stayed hidden for a while.

He was born in New Jersey and his family are Puerto Rican. The 26 year-old was in the army reserves for 6 years and served in Iraq. His family say he changed after Iraq from the things he saw. He had been given some mental health treatment for it.

He had also gone into an FBI office in Alaska and told them his mind was being controlled by US intelligence, some reports say he said he was being made to fight for ISIS.

He left his newborn and his gun in the car when he went into them. 

His gun was held for a few months and then given back to him in December. Innocent until proven guilty no matter what he did. 

It was said he wore a Star Wars t-shirt when he did the shooting, did he shout "Admiral Ackbar!" I wonder. 

Many many soldiers have PTSD but most do not go on a killing spree. He wasn't a convicted felon and hadn't been diagnosed as being mentally ill ... even after a mental health evaluation. 

They probably said, 'he's a vet, lets give him a break, he's just having a hard time' because vet's shit doesn't stink to many of those that didn't serve.

The guy was having a psychotic break and he was still allowed to have a gun. Would he have killed 5 people if he didn't have access to a gun? Slack US law says you can carry your legally held gun in a case as luggage and even carry ammo too. 

There is following the Founding Fathers bullshit about being armed and then there is being stupid. They didn't mention airports so fix the fucken laws.

American freedom is laughable. 20 children get shot dead and people are more worried about being allowed to have guns. I don't care what his motives were he should not have been allowed to get to that point. His PTSD should have been treated more than it was, he should have not been allowed to hold a firearm and where was child protective services?

Timing, blind luck and fate had those people get to that place in their lives to be shot dead. To not dander, to walk faster or take your time only to be blindsided as you pass the restroom door. Sometimes even being alert won't help you when shit happens turns up to the party. 

The cause and effect comes into play with the Iraq war, lack of mental healthcare, the holidays and freedoms.

A gun at an airport legal or not, in the luggage shouldn't be treated as normal. The TSA lose their fucken minds over scissors and a woman wearing a fanny pad for fucks sake.     

Back off on the TSA and work on stricter regulations and armed guards. If there were armed guards would this crazy coward have opened fire there? Sure he might have picked somewhere else or decided against doing it who knows? Airports should be safer though, did they not learn anything from the past 16 years?
