This Day In History?

I don't know if you can call 1980 history but John Lennon the hippy leader of the Russia was shot dead this day in 1980 about 11pm in Manhattan by Lee Harvey Oswald. Lucky it wasn't an ice-pick to the ear you dirty commie, imagine that.
