I will Miss This.

Tony trying out the nubby 5000, 'almost like GW's cock' was the reported comment.

I admit I was wrong about Tony Blair when he first took power. I saw him as a no balls liberal type but then he proved me wrong, not afraid to sent troops in to keep the peace in places like Kosovo , Sierra Leone and getting further with peace than anyone in Northern Ireland .
I did gain an amount of respect for him definitely better than the Tories, though the colour red will always be suspect to me.
He only has a few months left until he leaves so hes making his legacy speeches.
"Britain to retreat in the face of terrorism would be a catastrophe", yes mate, I'm with you there, don't bleed in front of the natives, " it took a generation to grow the terrorists and will take a generation to beat", well said mate, it took over 30 years in Northern Ireland but the impossible has almost happened (until the IRA decide to blow up some weemen and children to stir things up, also Michael Stone, you loser on so many levels)
"Britain will be a nation of war fighters and peace keepers" that's right mate, in life you have to be a giver and a taker.
I will miss you Mr Blair, too much balls and not enough sense about in the world today.

He seems like a major disappointment to me. It must really suck to be W's lapdog. Perhaps that's why he's practicing in the picture.

Agreed, Old Knuds. He would have been fine if it hadn't been for his glaring unforgivable errors in Iraq.

And his fatal flaw - being unable to acknowledge the error. It's like Shakespeare with less warts. John Prescott's right out of Shakespeare too.

He has the sense to start pulling troops out of Iraq anyway. If they're lucky they'll be out before the real fun starts.

tony he doesn't swallow you know.

dive you commies and yer lone gun man thing, hes no maggie haha

sassy sundry I have suggested blackmail in this respect I really don't know except backing the right side no matter what.

sam probelm child-bride Nixon said he wasn't a crook, its what they do they lie and deny.

dh those Iraqis could do with some fun, excellent.

Tony (Blair) knows what's coming. There won't be enough radiation suits to go round. I better shut up. This could get boring.

Old Knudsen said...

You are playing into my dreams of wiping the trouble making waste of time people out. I have already predicted a war with Iran. Did you know the radiation suits or NBC suits aren't meant for survival but to keep the soldier going long enough to follow orders and do the job? the military are stupid but someone has to do it and theres no shortage of mongs, having been a mong I speak from experience hahaha.

Ah geopolitics. My favorite topic. The trick will be to provoke the Iranians enough so they take out a carrier. After that it's all fair game. My guess the Kurds will be downwind again.

Dick Headley said...

Anyway there are no plans to attack Iran on the table...Condi just put them back in the safe, tee-hee.

The only thing i will miss about Tony Blair are opportunities like this to set him up with a picture designed only to be photoshopped with another object in its place.
What else do you predict, Old K? How about a post devoted to your predictions. I could use some insight and direction from your wise old brain.

dh poor kurds, poor Lt Naseed. Yeah put put them in the safe with the 2008 electorial results.

lynn A post? that would mean reading my own archives, not even my readers would do a thing like that, I have made many that come true though I make it happen with my will, donald rumsfeld, I called for his resignation and then it happened, I have invented a term called 'BlogJinx' to cover art and life copying each other, I knew you would ask me a qyestion or two today.

the last two comments are difficult to read due to an unexpected bowel explosion, don't worry no one got hurt, my grammar and spelling just got worse if thats possible.

Churchill, Bomber Harris ah the old favourites.
As long as they behave themselves I'm all for them.

Well just give us a prediction for the next few days then? No, not that i'll ask another question, that's a given. Give me one wordly one and one personally for me (don't tell me anything awful, i can't take it) lol.

worldly not wordly !

My gift is not like what you see on the telly, I don't touch tables and know that someone has had roast beef the night before. My spirit guide chief watdafuka has to be off the spiritual firewater.
There is a man you know (or female) that may (or may not) change yer life (or not)

DH old pal, google "massacre of the Armenians [and Assyrians] as a shame on Kurds"

and you'll see it wasn't just us superpowers killing the sandsavages off.
If you're an old nation you'll have earned yerself enemies, or a young and pushy nation like the US.

Bomber Harris did the right thing in my book and without Churchill we'd be speaking German and searching for pedo on the net.
You don't rule a quarter of the world as a best buddy to johnny savage.

For the record OK I have no problems with the ethics of World war II at all. I never met the uncle who died at Dunkirk and I hardly knew the grandparents who got bombed in Southampton. Still it seems like a fair fight and the right team won. I would have joined in myself if I'd been old enough.

But I can't shake the suspicion that a few of the subsequent conflicts have more to do with the arms industry than anything else. I'm sure their motives are pure.

A man who may change my life huh? (see how i chose to read that?) wow that sounds exciting. And i think he just might.

Oh. :(

Whatever. But getting back to the righteous Mr. Blair. I can't figure him out at all. He reminds me of the head prefect who really wanted to be a rock star. I think he's finally starting to realize a few things about Dubya. He's left it a bit late though.
